Let's start with the "Why."

I started this blog for many reasons.

1) I apparently love talking about myself because I have multiple blogs. Oddly enough, this desire to share with others does not apply to real life, just the internet.

2) My husband and I recently found out we're pregnant with our first child.

3) While I'd love to keep this journal with my regular personal journal, I fear my other readers might tire of the endless baby talk. Lord knows I sure do reading other people's baby blogs.

4) I would like to keep something to show my kid someday. While the paper pregnancy journals are cute and all, I don't know if that's really my cuppa tea, you know? After all, paper is dead. Live in the now, people!

Now that I feel thoroughly justified in my blogging, I would like to dedicate this blog to you, the little one inside my tummy who is making me overly hormonal and eternally nauseated. Depending on how you juggle the numbers, you're about 6 weeks old today!
